A man accused of engaging in sexual activity in a public toilet at Strand Road in Coleraine has had the matter further adjourned to July 1.

Thomas James Brennan (44), of Carnany Court, Ballymoney, is also alleged to have committed an act of a ‘lewd, obscene and disgusting nature’ by exposing himself to a male on the same date – April 10 this year.

The defendant had been excused from having to attend Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday June 24.

He is on continuing bail.
