1 Mins read

A man accused of engaging in sexual activity in a public toilet at Strand Road in Coleraine has had the matter further adjourned.

Thomas James Brennan (44), of Carnany Court, Ballymoney, is also alleged to have committed an act of a ‘lewd, obscene and disgusting nature’ by exposing himself to a male on the same date – April 10 this year.

At Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday a prosecutor said a full file has been received from police.

The case was adjourned to late June when the defendant is excused from attending court.
