A man charged with indecent and disorderly behaviour at Hillman’s Way in Coleraine has had his case further adjourned.
Matthew Upton (20), of Fernbank Drive in Bangor, is alleged to have committed offences on February 23 this year.
He appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court on April 8.
A prosecutor said the full file was not due from police until April 23.
The case was put back to May.
