Man denies assault charges

A Rasharkin man has entered not guilty pleas to two assaults on a female and a further charge of damaging a SIM card belonging to her.

The allegations against Francis James Quinn (49), of Rockview Park, relate to February this year.

The defendant appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday June 24 and the case was adjourned to July 8 to fix a date for a contest.
