Man Denies Being In Charge Of Vehicle At Ballymoney Rugby Club With Excess Alcohol In His Breath

A man denies being in charge of a vehicle with excess alcohol in his breath at Ballymoney Rugby Club over the Christmas holidays.

The charge being faced by Daniel John Hickinson (41) of Market Court in Ballycastle, relates to December 27 last year.

He appeared at the Magistrates Court in Coleraine on January 21.

He was bailed on the sum of £250 and the case was adjourned to February 4 to fix a contest date.
