A Coleraine man denies causing criminal damage to a passenger window of a Mercedes car and a passenger window of a Volkswagen Transporter, the town’s Magistrates Court heard on Friday.
John William Anthony Boyd (27), of Drumard Drive, is alleged to have committed offences on September 16 last year.
The court was told CCTV has now been served on the defence.
The case was adjourned to May 10 to fix a date for a contest.
