Man denies engaging in sexual activity at public toilet in Coleraine

A man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of engaging in sexual activity in a public toilet at Strand Road in Coleraine.

Thomas James Brennan (44), of Carnany Court, Ballymoney, also denies committing an act of a ‘lewd, obscene and disgusting nature’ by exposing himself to a male.

The charges are in relation to April 10 this year.

The defendant appeared in the dock at Coleraine Magistrates Court on July 8 and the case was adjourned to the end of July to fix a date for a contest.
