Man denies going equipped for theft

A MAN accused of going equipped for theft whilst having a face covering, screwdrivers, torch and a pair of gloves is set to contest the charge in December.

Gareth Hyndman (44), of Coleraine Street in Kilrea, is charged in relation to March 8 this year.

The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena on Monday.
