A MAN charged with being disorderly at Dunluce Road in Portrush is alleged to have failed an “attitude test” with police, Coleraine Magistrates Court heard on Monday.

Connor McGivern (20), with an address at Carnany Gardens in Ballymoney, is also charged with assaulting two PSNI officers and resisting one of the policemen in the execution of his duty.

Relating to the same date – September 12 this year – the defendant is also accused of speeding at a 30mph zone.

Defence solicitor Fergus McIntosh represented the defendant.
