A man has appeared in court in connection with the discovery of 50 cannabis plants in County Antrim.
Marcin Kobylinski (26), of Townhead Street, Ballymoney, is accused of cultivating cannabis; being concerned in the supply of the Class B drug; possession of cannabis and causing criminal damage to ceilings and walls at a property listed as his address.
The charges relate to August 7 this year. At the time police said 50 cannabis plants were discovered.
At Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday a police officer said she believed she could connect the defendant to the charges. A prosecution lawyer said a full file in the case is not due until October 4.
No further details were given to court.
The defendant was released on his own bail of £500 and the case was adjourned to October 15.
