A MAN is accused of being disorderly at Bath Street in Portrush.
Sean Doyle (27), with an address listed as no fixed abode in Coleraine, is charged in relation to September 9 this year.
On the same date he is also charged with assaulting a female and obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty.
At court the defendant was given bail on the sum of £2,500 to reside at an address to be approved by police and bail conditions include electronic tagging and a night-time curfew.
The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, on Monday October 12 and adjourned to November 9.
