MAN is charged with being disorderly at Cherry Gardens in Ballymoney.
William Robert McCook (35), of Cherry Gardens, is accused in relation to January 28 this year.
On the same date he is also accused of resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty.
Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday the case was adjourned to March.
