A MAN accused of being disorderly at the Causeway Hospital continuously said “no,no,no” when he appeared before a court via video link.
Michael Cullen (25), with an address at Carlisle Road, Derry/Londonderry, is charged in relation to October 21 last year.
He is also accused of assaulting a doctor and causing damage to a police vehicle and police cell on the same date. It is alleged he ‘defecated’ in the police cell.
At Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, the case was adjourned to January 25.
