Man is accused of burglary of dwelling in Coleraine

A MAN is accused of offences including the burglary of a dwelling at Willowfield Park in Coleraine and stealing a car key.

Ian Bailie (31), with an address listed as Church Street in Portstewart, is also accused of taking a Ford Mondeo without authority on the same date – September 14 this year.

The defendant is also accused of assault; driving whilst unfit; a driving licence offence and possession of diazepam, according to the charge sheet.

At Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena on October 26, the case was adjourned to November 9.
