A man accused of causing criminal damage to the front door of a property in Ballymena has appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court.
Francis Kelly (32), with an address at Queen Street in Ballymena, is accused of committing an offence on August 10.
A defence lawyer said the defendant denied the charge.
The defendant was given £500 bail to reside at an address approved by police.
He is to have no contact with the alleged victim and is not to enter Ballymena except for court and medical appointments if necessary.
The case was adjourned to Ballymena Magistrates Court on August 15.
