Man is accused of cultivating cannabis at a house in Ballymoney

A man charged with cultivating cannabis at the house he had previously given as his address in Ballymoney has had his case sent to Antrim Crown Court.

Marcin Kobylinski (26), now of Glenfern Court in Coleraine, is charged with cultivating cannabis at Townhead Street in August last year.

He faces a second charge of possessing cannabis.

At Coleraine Magistrates Court on February 18 the defendant was released on continuing bail and the case was adjourned to Antrim Crown Court on March 15.
