Man is accused of driving dangerously at Dunloy

A MAN faces charges including dangerous driving at Tullaghans Road, Dunloy.

Alexander Mark McGarry (33), of Rosemount in Cloughmills, is charged in relation to August 8 this year.

Also regarding August 8 he is accused of failing to stop at and remain at the scene of an accident.

He is also accused of ‘indecent behaviour’ and being disorderly at Garryduff Road, Dunloy, on August 8.

Regarding August 9 this year the defendant is further charged with making a false report to police that his vehicle was stolen and there is also a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice by giving false information to police.

The matters were mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on October 19 where the defence barrister was Andrew Moriarty and the case was adjourned to November 30.
