Man is accused of driving dangerously in Ballymoney

A MAN is accused of driving dangerously at Queen Street in Ballymoney on April 1 this year.

William John Ashe (39), of Newhill Park in Ballymoney, is also accused of driving with excess alcohol and failing to remain at the scene and report an accident.

At Coleraine Magistrates Court on October 19, the defence solicitor was Denise Gillan.

The case was adjourned to November 2.
