A MAN is accused of driving with excess alcohol at Garryduff Road near Dunloy.
Mark McQuillan (46), of Kirkview Place, Ballymoney, is charged in relation to January 30 this year.
He is also charged with assaulting and resisting a police officer on the same date.
At Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, on Monday the case was adjourned to March to get the defendant’s “attitude” to the charges
