Man is accused of possessing hammer as offensive weapon

A MAN is accused of possessing an offensive weapon – a hammer – with intent to commit an offence at Ashton Drive in Coleraine.

Keelan Hull (21), of Willow Drive in the town, is also accused of assault.

The charges relate to October 18 this year.

At Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena on Monday, the case was adjourned to December 7.
