A Ballycastle man accused of speeding at Moyarget Road has had the case adjourned to May 31.
Emmett McAteer (29), of Castle Street, is also charged with driving a Vauxhall Corsa without being the holder of a driving licence authorising him to drive a vehicle of that class.
He is further charged with failing to produce a driving licence.
The charges relate to October last year.
The case was listed at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Friday.
