Man is accused of telling man to ‘get out of Ballymoney’ or he would kill his dog

A MAN is accused of telling a man to “get out of Ballymoney” or he would kill his dog.

Richard Hetherington (37), of Alexandra Avenue, Ballymoney, is charged in relation to July 16 this year.
The defendant is charged with attempted intimidation.

Regarding the same date he is also charged with assaulting the man and causing criminal damage to a front door window belonging to a woman.

At Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena on October 12, the defence solicitor was Denise Gillen
The case has been adjourned to November 2 for an update.
