Man is charged with being disorderly at Coleraine’s Waterside

A man has appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court charged with being disorderly at Waterside in Coleraine.

Patrick McCallion (28), of no fixed abode in Derry/Londonderry, is accused of committing the offence on August 10.

On the same date he is also accused of assaulting a police officer and on August 11 he is charged with resisting a police officer.

The defendant appeared at Coleraine Court on August 12.

Defence barrister Ben Thompson said no application was being made for bail.

The case was adjourned to August 19.
