Man is charged with being disorderly on St Patrick’s Day

A man is accused of disorderly and indecent behaviour and resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Portrush on St Patrick’s Day this year.

Thomas David Marshall Sheppard (32), whose address was given as no fixed abode in Coleraine, was at Coleraine Magistrates Court on April 15.

The case was adjourned to April 29 and he was released on £400 bail and is not to be intoxicated in public.
