Man is charged with breaching Non-Molestation Order

A MAN is charged with breaching a Non-Molestation Order.

Jamshid Nariany (49), with an address listed as Ballyveely Road, Cloughmills, is charged in relation to dates between October 15 and December 8 last year.

He appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court on January 6 where his defence barrister was Michael Smyth.

The defendant was released on £500 bail and the case was adjourned to January 20 to get his “instructions” regarding the charge.
