Man Is Charged With Having Can Of ‘Red Bull’ As Offensive Weapon

A man has been charged with possessing a can of Red Bull as an offensive weapon.

Christopher Robert Neil Cupples (36), of Gransden Court, Coleraine, is also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm on the same date – September 14 this year.

The case was listed at Coleraine Magistrates Court on December 17.

The defendant was released on £350 bail to have no contact with the injured party and he is not to enter the petrol station or garage forecourt at Bush Filling Station at Bushmills Road in Coleraine.

The case was adjourned to January 7.
