1 Mins read

Local Sinn Féin Councillor Cathal McLaughlin has raised issues on the Tullaghans Road recently with Transport NI and has called for action to be taken to address the concerns of local people on this road.

Mr McLaughlin said, “I have been contacted in recent days by many locals who have raised concerns about the many issues on the Tullaghans Road.”

“Firstly, there are a number of serious potholes on the Road which require urgent repairing and I brought this to the attention of Transport NI in recent days.”

“In addition the Road surface close to the junction of the Tullaghans Road and the Finvoy Road is in a serious state of disrepair and I have also raised the layout of the junction of the Galdanagh Road and the Tullaghans Road which has caused issues for road users in recent times.”

“These are serious issues for local Road users and I have urged Transport NI to look into these issues as a matter of urgency. I await their response.”
