Mosside couple have case further adjourned

A COUPLE facing charges including causing grievous bodily harm with intent to their very young child have been further remanded in custody at Coleraine Magistrates Court.

Amanda Fulton (31) and Christopher Fulton (30), from Rockfield Gardens in Mosside, had their cases mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on March 23.

The couple’s cases were listed as being on the video link from prison but the link was not working.

A prosecutor said the case file had been submitted by police but there “appeared to be an error” and the file was to be re-sent over the weekend before the March 23 court but at that stage she had no information it had been received.

She asked for a one week adjournment.

The charges follow the arrest of the couple after their child was taken to a GP and then transferred for emergency hospital treatment on November 7 last year.
