
A MOTORIST is accused of making off without paying a £210 car park fee with it alleged he “slipped through” a barrier behind a car in front.
Patrick Long (29) is charged in relation to October 16 this year.
Defence Michael Smyth said it was alleged the defendant “slipped through a barrier behind a car in front”.
The location of the car park was not mentioned at court.
Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena on Friday, heard the defendant had previously been in court and bailed to Donegal.
The accused is from Priestown, Carndonagh.
The case has been adjourned to December 14.
