Mulholland welcomes online Blue Badge applications

1 Mins read

Sinn Féin Councillor Kieran Mulholland has congratulated his colleague Chris Hazzard in launching a new application form for Blue Badges.

“My North Antrim colleagues and I, as with Sinn Féin representatives throughout the North, are asked for help with Blue Badge applications frequently.  The Minister for Infrastructure has announced the introduction of online applications for Blue Badge applications and renewals.”

“This decision will make it much easier for the 200-a-day applicants for new or renewal badges. I welcome this move by the Minister that will have a positive impact on those who require Blue Badges and will make the process much more straightforward and simple.”

“The new online facility can be found at https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/services/apply-or-renew-blue-badge.  If anyone needs help please contact your local Sinn Féin councillor or contact Philip McGuigan’s MLA Office in Dunloy on (028) 2765 7198. ”
