To mark #WorldMentalHealthDay on Thursday the National Trust is welcoming visitors and members of the local community to join a ‘Mindful Movement for Health’ session at 3-4pm at the Giant’s Causeway with local wellness expert Ettaline Hill.
Why not escape in nature for an hour and reap the benefits of some gentle and restorative exercise in one of the most beautiful places in NI?
The FREE session with Ettaline will involve gentle stretching and exercise to destress and unwind. All abilities welcome. No special equipment is needed, just turn up and be prepared to move a bit!
Those taking part in the session will also receive a Visitor Experiences pass for the Giant’s Causeway.
