The new Irish League season is poised to commence on October 17.

There has been suggestions that the date – still provisional at this stage – may be put back due to an increase in Covid cases.

But a fixture list will be released in the coming days.

A full 38 game campaign will be played with a split after 33 matches.

Fixture list to be revealed in near future.
