This Summer the Causeway Coast Truck Festival returns to the North Coast with the Causeway Coast Truck Fest WEEKENDER celebrating the shows 5 Year Anniversary.

In 2019 the Causeway Coast Truck Festival Committee are proud to welcome a New Title Sponsor for the show with local family run business Blair’s Holiday Parks coming on board to support the show celebrate a milestone year.

The Blair’s Holiday Parks Causeway Coast Truck Festival and Family Fun Day will take place over the weekend of the 17th & 18th August and with the CCTF team planning an event bigger and better than ever before with over 500+ Trucks expected to arrive at the NorthWest 200 paddock over the weekend.

The weekend-long show will also feature an extensive line up of Live Entertainment on the Shows Main Stage with the gates opening to the Public on Saturday Evening from 6pm-10pm and on Sunday from 10am-4pm with the now famous Truck Convoy ending the show leaving at 4pm around the NW200 circuit.

A spokesperson from the Causeway Coast Truck Fest Committee said:

“Over the last 5 years we have worked with some amazing sponsors to make the Causeway Coast Truck Festival a fantastic fun-filled family event on the North Coast, including working with great local businesses in the surrounding Coleraine, Portstewart and Portrush areas including having the support of the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council to make our past events a success.

Never did we foresee the event going from a mere idea on paper to raise funds for vital local Life-Saving Charities, to one of the most eagerly awaited Free Family Festivals on the Causeway Coasts tourism calendar.

Today we are excited to be welcoming another of the north coast’s premier family-run businesses, Blair’s Holiday Parks as the title sponsor of the 2019 Blair’s Holiday Parks Causeway Coast Truck Festival.

Having the team Blair’s Holiday Parks move from associate sponsors in 2018 to Main Show Sponsor in 2019 shows the support that the Festival has from the local business community in the Causeway Coast Area, with the team from Blair’s working alongside us in 2019 to plan a bigger and better Family Festival line-up with more Entertainment, and a host of surprises over the weekend, which we will be announcing over the weeks on the lead up to the show.

We hope all this will once again help support our main goal of the show raising much-needed donations for our chosen charity the Air Ambulance Northern Ireland, which we will be trying to smash our 2018 donation total to celebrate our 5th Anniversary.”

Colin Mayrs, Managing Director of Blair’s Holiday Parks said:

“We are delighted to be the new main sponsor for Blair’s Holiday Park’s Causeway Coast Truck Festival in 2019.

We have watched the event grow in success year after year and raise a fantastic amount of money for a most worthy cause- Air Ambulance NI. This year we will be there on the day showcasing our holiday parks, our luxury holiday homes and letting you see how you too can holiday here on the North Coast.

We’ll have some great prize draws too- with all donations going to Air Ambulance NI.

As a local family run business we understand the importance of the Blair’s Holiday Parks Causeway Coast Truck Festival, not only for other local trades, but because this event brings thousands of new visitor’s to the area each year and gives us the opportunity to showcase just how great our causeway coast is!

We look forward to welcoming all truckers and visitors on the day and working closely with the volunteers at the Blair’s Holiday Parks Causeway Coast Truck Festival Committee to make this a most successful event for 2019!”

The Causeway Coast Truck Festival WEEKENDER takes place over the weekend of the 17th & 18th August 2019 with all proceeds from the event going to support the Air Ambulance Northern Ireland.
