NIFRS responded to a fire at a semi-detached house at Enterprise Avenue, Portstewart on Wednesday evening.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hosereel jets and a covering jet to extinguish the blaze.
Crews ventilated the smoke from the premises. The cause of the fire appeared accidental.
Fire crews from Portstewart station attended the incident.
