There will be a road closure in place on Sunday 19th August 2018 on the North West 200 circuit to facilitate the Causeway Coast Truck Fest convoy in aid of the Air Ambulance Northern Ireland. The road closure will take place from 3.45pm – 5.30pm.

Delays are expected from 7am-6pm throughout the North Coast. Advice is to leave extra time for your journey.

A spokesperson for Causeway Truck Fest said “We are working closely with the PSNI, Causeway Coast and Glens Council and other departments to keep the disruption time to a minimum, and by keeping the Truck Convoy together and moving whilst on circuit this will let the Traffic Team get the road clear and opened as quickly as possible.

We apologise in advance for any disruption the convoy may cause and we hope our charity the Air Ambulance NI can benefit from the generosity of the public watching the Convoy around the route”
