Operation Christmas Child

Officers from Causeway Coast and Glens, under the guidance of Detective Constable Anne McGreeghan, have been busy over the last number of weeks collecting items to fill charity boxes for Operation Christmas Child.

A spokesperson said “100 boxes were filled and handed over to the charity at Coleraine Police yesterday afternoon.

Pictured is Chief Inspector Ian Magee and Officers from Coleraine CID handing over the boxes to Inge Rowan, collections coordinator for Operation Christmas Child.

These boxes will be distributed over the next couple of weeks to disadvantaged children in Eastern Europe.”
