People must take responsibility for cleaning up after their dogs – Chivers

1 Mins read

Sinn Féin Councillor Brenda Chivers has said people must take responsibility for cleaning up after their dogs.

Cllr Chivers said:

“On a regular basis I receive complaints about the state of footpaths particularly in the Coolessan and Drumsurn areas in regard to dog fouling.

“I have been in contact with the dog warden who has gone out to assess the areas and will now order new signs and bins.

“If we don’t take pride in our own areas no one else will.”
