Person airlifted to hospital following RTC

One person has been airlifted to hospital following a RTC on the Cromore Road, Portstewart. The extent of their injuries is not yet known.

It is understood that the incident involved a car and a cyclist.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “The Cromore Road in Portstewart is closed due to a road traffic collision.

“There are diversions in place and our officers are at the scene; please follow their direction.”
