Planning approval for almost 500 homes in Coleraine up this week

Two new Coleraine residential developments, totalling almost 500 homes, are due for planning approval on Wednesday afternoon.

The proposed developments are on the Newbridge and Lakeside area of the town.

The Lands at former Maxwell’s Spittal Hill Quarry, 209 Bushmills Road, Coleraine will see the proposal of the construction of 108 no. dwellings, comprising detached and semi-detached dwellings, with garages and all other associated site works, car parking, landscaping, including local area for play and interactive wetland habitat.

The Lands to the North East of Avonbrook Gardens North of Knockbraken Drive and South of Newbridge Road (incorporating 15 Newbridge Road), Wattstown, Coleraine will see the proposal of construction of housing development comprising 374 No. dwellings providing a mix of 4 bedroom detached and semi-detached dwellings, 3 bedroom detached and semi-detached dwellings, 2 bedroom apartments, associated access roads and footpaths, landscaping and public open space.
