Police Are Examining The Circumstances Surrounding The Discovery Of A Man’s Body In Portstewart

Emergency services have been in attendance on the Promenade in Portstewart since late morning.

Speaking to Causeway Coast Community this afternoon a police spokesperson said “Police are examining the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a man’s body on rocks close to the Promenade in Portstewart at around 11.15am this morning, Sunday 2 December.

Enquiries are ongoing at present.

There are no further details.”

Forensic photographers are currently in attendance.
