Police in Coleraine are investigating a shooting incident at James St Tonight

Police in Coleraine are investigating a shooting incident at a house in James Street this evening.

At around 7.15pm a masked man entered the house and shot a male occupant aged in his 20’s in the leg and a female occupant aged in her 50’s in the foot.  Neither injures are thought to be life threatening at this stage.

Inspector Paul Patton has appealed for anyone with any information about this incident to contact police in Coleraine on 101 or crimestoppers anonymously 0800 555 111.
