Portrush Inshore Lifeboat Launched To Reports Of Two Female Casualties At Mussenden Temple

Portrush Inshore Lifeboat launched yesterday evening to reports of two female casualties at Mussenden Temple.

A spokesperson for the RNLI said “On arriving at scene it was established that one female had swam ashore and was able to raise the alarm. The RNLI Lifeguards and HM Coastguard was also in attendance. After a period of time the Coastguard was able to recover the casualty via a rope up the cliff.”

The ILB returned to station at 8.30pm. The crew onboard were Helm-Johnny Weston, Daniel McShane and Stevie Ritchie.
