A Portrush man has had a Community Service Order revoked and replaced with a three months prison term, suspended for two years.
Ray Hanson (36), of Glenarm Avenue, Portrush, had the case mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on October 19.
The court heard the defendant had originally been given Community Service but he breached it.
A defence solicitor said the defendant had provided a medical certificate saying why the Community Service was not completed.
The court heard the Community Service had originally been given after police were carrying out an arrest and the defendant became involved in disorder along with a number of other people.
