A Portrush man has pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified.
Lee Daniel Redmond (34), of Hopefield Gardens, came to police attention whilst driving a Ford Kuga in the town on May 1 this year.
At Coleraine Magistrates Court on May 20 he also pleaded guilty to charges of taking the vehicle without authority, absence of insurance and failing to wear a seat belt.
A prosecutor said the defendant had been “fully compliant” and “remorseful” with police.
The case was adjourned to June 17 for a pre-sentence report.
