Prosecutors now have full file regarding man accused of filling station robbery

Prosecutors have now received a full file from police regarding a man charged with possessing a knife and robbery of a filling station in Coleraine.

Kyle Parke (27), of Heronshaw in Bushmills, is accused of robbing a filling station at Bushmills Road of £975 cash and a quantity of tobacco on January 30 this year.

The defendant is further charged with an assault on police on January 31.

On May 20 the defendant appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court via video link from Maghaberry Prison and he was further remanded until June 17.
