PSNI Snap Up Coleraine Tax Office?

It is understood that the Police Service Of Northern Ireland have purchased the former Revenue and Customs building in Coleraine known as Fern House.

The building, located at 1 Adelaide Avenue in Coleraine was on the market for £450,000.

Whilst the police station is only a few doors up, it’s not yet clear how they intend to use it.

The sale amount has not been disclosed.
