Rubbish overflowing from bins beside River Bush

1 Mins read

Visitors to the River Bush recently have made complaints to Council and the Department for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs due to bins on the river side being left overflowing with rubbish.

DAERA told one local resident that they ‘do not have the resources’ to empty bins in scenic areas of the borough, and that they have requested the Council do so.

Causeway Coast Community has reached out to local councillors for comment on this issue.
