Teenager arrested after threats to Ballymoney School Pupils

A 15 year old boy was arrested by police in Ballycastle after a communication on social media to some pupils at a school in Ballymoney.

Inspector Samuel McConnell said: “Police officers attended a school in Ballymoney on the morning of Monday 12 September and spoke with the principal to ensure the safety of pupils. Follow up enquiries resulted in the arrest for a number of offences.”

The 15 year old boy has now been released from custody.
