Police are advising the public that a temporary lane restriction in the Waterside area of Coleraine will remain in place at least until the weekend to allow for a full assessment of a building.

A PSNI spokesperson said “The Waterside area of Coleraine from the bottom of the Castlerock Road to the Old Bridge is down to one lane to facilitate work on an insecure chimney stack on a building. Road users should consider an alternative route as delays can be expected.”

The Porterhouse was purchased last year by The Granny Annies Group.
