Two Local Firms Fail To Pay Their Staff Minimum Wage

1 Mins read

Two local companies have been “named and shamed” by the UK government for failing to pay their staff minimum wage.

Europa Foods Distribution in Coleraine owed a total of £976.55 to two employees, while DK Leisure Ltd, trading as Bushtown Hotel in Coleraine, failed to pay £448.13 to two employees.

A spokesperson for Bushtown Hotel explained that this was down to a computer virus which affected their payroll systems last year.
